1. Academic Committee

The Academic Committee oversees the planning, execution, and monitoring of academic activities. It ensures that the curriculum is up-to-date with industry standards and caters to students’ needs.
Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and updating academic programs.
  • Ensuring timely conduct of lectures, workshops, and examinations.
  • Coordinating guest lectures, seminars, and industrial visits.
  • Supporting students with academic grievances.

2. Examination and Evaluation Committee

This committee manages all activities related to examinations and assessments. It ensures that evaluations are conducted fairly and transparently.
Responsibilities:

  • Preparing examination schedules and question papers.
  • Overseeing the conduct of internal and external examinations.
  • Monitoring the evaluation process and result declaration.
  • Addressing examination-related grievances.

3. Anti-Ragging Committee

At PKACE, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards ragging. The Anti-Ragging Committee ensures a safe and respectful environment for all students.
Responsibilities:

  • Conducting awareness programs against ragging.
  • Ensuring the implementation of anti-ragging laws and guidelines.
  • Resolving complaints related to ragging swiftly.
  • Maintaining discipline within the campus.

5. Alumni Committee

The Alumni Committee bridges the gap between the alumni and the college, fostering a lifelong relationship.
Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining an updated database of alumni.
  • Organising alumni meet-ups and networking events.
  • Leveraging alumni support for placements, mentoring, and guest lectures.
  • Showcasing alumni success stories to inspire students.
